Property Description
This vacation home is a single-storey property that can accommodate up to six people in great comfort.
• Open-plan kitchen: fully equipped kitchen plus breakfast nook and breakfast bar
• Family room with 42” TV with cable TV and access to the pool area
• Full laundry facilities
• Master bedroom: king-size bed, flat-screen TV, en-suite bathroom with shower
• Double bedroom: queen-size bed, flat-screen TV.
• Twin bedroom: two twin (single) beds, flat-screen TV.
• Family bathroom with shower.

Outside
There is plenty of off-road parking to the front of the property.
To the rear of the property is the wonderful private kidney-shaped pool. The pool is fully screened and is west facing so you can enjoy the sun all day. The pool is salt water and is warmed by solar heating. There is no charge for the solar-powered heating.
In cooler months guests may want to supplement the solar heating with additional electric pool heat. We recommend you book pool heat if you stay here between December to February. This additional pool heat is charged at a small additional fee (currently $28 per day).
Alongside the pool is an attractive outdoor seating area, or lanai, with ceiling fan. A patio set is provided poolside – ideal for al-fresco dining. Sun loungers are also provided around the pool for guests' use. The poolside lighting and underwater lighting are a lovely touch and great if you fancy a dip when you get home late from the theme parks!

Local Amenities
Windward Cay is a small, private development in the heart of Kissimmee.
Its location close to Highway 192 places numerous supermarkets, shops, restaurants and attractions, like the Medieval Times dinner show and Pirates Cove Crazy Golf, right on your doorstep. The Disney town of Celebration is just a short drive away in the other direction, putting an even wider selection of restaurants, bars and shops on your doorstep.
Thanks to Windward Cay's proximity to the I-4 you are also well-placed to explore the rest of central Florida. The Atlantic beaches are around an hour's drive and it is approximately a 90-minute drive to Tampa, St. Petersburg and the Gulf of Mexico.
We manage seven homes on this resort so if you are travelling with other families or in a group then renting more than one property on the same resort can be a good option. Please call for advice if you would like to do this.
