The HOLE-IN-ONE is our Dream Come True: We purchased this condo in the Spring of 2015 to begin our Snowbird Adventure. Having lived in Colorado for many years, we yearned to take a break from Winter. It was our fondest Dream.

Panama City Beach has always been a favorite destination for us over the years so now we can enjoy it in the Winter and share it in the Summer. We enjoy the luxury and safety of the Gated Bay Point Golf Course Resort. Two golf courses are on property and greens fees are reasonable. The Meadows and the Jack Nicklaus course offer ample opportunities for variety. Club 19 is a great place for dining before and after games. Bay Point Marina offers boat rentals as well as other water sport activities. Biking/Walking/Running trails wander throughout the property.This is a great place for a week-long golf game, a walk on the white sand beaches or just a few days of "getting away from it all."

A few miles from here is the gorgeous Emerald Coast so famous for its wide/white sand beaches. PCB is home to a wide variety of restaurants and recreational activities that delight visitors. Be prepared to have a great time in this Bay Point Golf Villa!Minimum Age: 25
