Key West Ginger House is a historic home built in 1933, the epitome of what you have in mind when you are thinking about a true Key West Cottage. A great little Conch Cottage in a fabulous location that takes advantage of every breeze with plenty of windows and French doors, high ceilings and wood floors add to the Old Town cottage charm. Located only a half a block off Duval Street from the Key West Ginger House you will be in easy walking or biking distance to all the activity and entertainment on the island.



Two large bedroom suites can be used equally as master bedrooms each with a super comfy queen bed and private baths ensuite. Recently renovated the kitchen provides the perfect nook for preparing island treats or mixing up margaritas.



The living room is a cozy haven to chat about your daily adventures and holds a small dining table. A sofa also converts to extra sleep space if needed. From the living room, glass doors open to a private, fenced backyard area a sunny haven perfect for waking up and enjoying your morning coffee or enjoying the setting sun for happy hour. Outside you will find more dining space, lounge chairs and a private hot tub where bubbles will ease your muscles after a day out fishing or adventuring around the island.
