This home has been lovingly furnished to a very high standard in the typical Tommy Bahama style which gives you an instant feeling of having arrived at a tropical destination.
The Villa itself, is arranged on 2 floors plus separate in-laws apartment. It will comfortably sleep 12. The living room and dining area has a sectional sofa, flat screen 42" TV and cable with DVD player. There is also a fully functional kitchen which is equipped with the stainless appliances and granite counter tops. This home also boasts a separate dining area with with seating for 6.
Sliding doors lead out to a private patio seating area, here you can sit and relax while you are enjoying the park area.
The ground floor master en-suite bedroom has a King bed, 42" TV, large walk in wardrobe and en-suite bathroom with dual sinks, over sized bath and a separate shower.
On the second floor you will find a recreational area with sectional sofa, 50" wall mounted flat screen TV, complete with DVD, cinema sound system and Nintendo Wii. Sliding doors lead out a spacious private balcony and seating area. There is also a separate desk area.
The 2nd floor Queen bedroom has a flat screen TV, DVD and cable, large walk in wardrobe and en-suite bathroom with dual sinks and a separate shower.
The 2nd floor has two further bedrooms one with a Queen bed and the other bedroom has two twin beds. Both rooms have flat screen TV`s with cable. These bedrooms share a bathroom.
The annex / in-laws apartment has a separate kitchen area, living room with 2 large sofas that pull out to two twin beds and a flat screen TV. The separate bedroom has a Queen bed, flat screen TV plus an en suite bathroom. The annex also has it own private balcony were you can sit and over look the pool area.
In this home you will enjoy your own private pool area complete with patio furniture. This large outside area will provide you with a private space to allow you to take in the rays without being disturbed, just relax by the pool and enjoy a drink.

This property does not include a BBQ, however we do have them available for rental.
