Waterside 321

The gated Waterside Complex on Fort Myers Beach is perhaps one of the most prestigious complexes to be found on the island. Waterside Unit 321 is located in building three on the second floor. It's a beautiful two bedroom, two full bath, condo that sits perched at the tops of the trees.



Take the elevator to the second floor and enter your new home away from home. Entering the condo you will be greeted by the generously sized foyer. The first of two bedrooms is immediately to the left. Outfitted with a queen, an in-room TV, along with plenty of dresser and closet space, it will welcome any company you may have giving them a beautiful space of their own while visiting. A full bathroom is located off the guest bedroom and provides for all with an additional opening off the living space as well.



To your right from the foyer is the laundry room. Complete with a full size washer and dryer it will be waiting to take care of all your laundry needs while on vacation.



Just past the laundry room is the spacious kitchen. Stunning custom cabinets, solid surface counters and newer appliances will inspire the cook in everyone. A large pass through, which doubles as a breakfast bar, opens to the dining room and allows the cook to stay involved with their guests while preparing meals.



The formal dining and living room are designed in an open concept. The dining room seats six comfortably and allows for the flow of good conversation and fine food.



The living room has a large picture window to gaze out over the tops of the trees and take in the islands sights. An oversized sectional is waiting to embrace you while welcoming you here to your stay in Paradise. Sit back, relax and take in your favorite show on the flat screen TV or curl up with a good book.



The screened in lanai is situated just off the living room with access from the master bedroom as well. Enjoy bug free days and nights while relaxing and taking in the island sights. This is sure to be one of your favorite spots in the condo. Numerous seating options await you. Lie back in the lounger and take a siesta, sit at the dining table and enjoy a meal or game of cards, or just relax on one of the comfortable chairs. Sneak out from the master bedroom late at night and take in some star gazing with that special someone in your life.



The master suite is very spacious. A queen bed will be waiting for you at the end of your fun filled day in Paradise. A large walk-in closet along with plenty of dresser space will accommodate all your belongings for the month with room to spare. The master bathroom is a masterpiece. A large jetted tub is the center focal point. Soak away the stresses of everyday life while staying here at Waterside 321. Or wake in the morning to a revitalizing shower in the separate walk in shower. His and her sinks and a separate toilet closet complete the master bathroom.



With accommodations as wonderful as Waterside 321 are you may find it difficult to want to explore outside, but the best is yet to come. Heading down to the first floor you will find the superb fitness center waiting for you. Start a fitness program while on vacation or keep up with your normal routine.



Once outside head over to the pool area. A beautiful, in-ground heated pool will be waiting for you. Relax pool side soaking up the Florida sunshine in one of the many loungers or retreat to one of the shady areas off to the side of the pool. Soak away the stresses of everyday life in the hot tub. The pool area is a lush tropical oasis. Gas grills can be found here for your grilling pleasure, as well as pool side restrooms for your convenience.



Adjacent to building three are tennis courts for your use. Challenge a friend to a game or two. Stroll along the waterside boardwalk taking in the views of Estero Bay and the private boats and yachts. Try your luck at fishing by casting your pole to see if you can catch a fresh fish dinner.



A short walk will find you at the deeded beach access at the end of Bay Beach Lane and the corner of Estero Blvd. A crosswalk will take you safely and easily across Estero Blvd. to the beach. Seven miles of white sugar sand beach will be calling your name while here on vacation. Enjoy the warm waters of the Gulf of Mexico while strolling the shoreline. Parasailing and jet ski rentals are a short walk north of the condo, as well as cabana and beachside chair rentals.



Located a short walk or drive from Santini Marina Plaza you will love all the conveniences Waterside 321 has to offer. Numerous shops and boutiques will provide you with some wonderful opportunities to take home some great mementos from the island, while everything from a delicatessen to five star restaurants will be waiting to tantalize your taste buds. Quick groceries can also be found at the CVS and 7/11 close by with a full service grocery store just 2 miles north of the condo for all your grocery needs. T
