Solterra Resort WaterslideThis is a truly stunning 5 bedroom, 4.5 bathroom home set over two stories which overlook a west facing lake for enjoying glorious Florida sunsets, watching Herons, Sandhill Cranes, Ospreys and perhaps even a magnificent Bald Eagle.

As you enter the home you will find a lavish dining table which is capable of seating 8 people and this is connected via an arch to the kitchen with its dark cabinets and light granite counters. There is a casual bar seating area which seats 4 people, perfect for entertaining and this leads on to the family living area which has two comfortable sofas, a wall mount flatscreen TV, cable TV, DVD player and patio doors to the pool area.

A corridor to the right will take you to a half bathroom with basin and WC and there is also a double bedroom with king size bed, wall mounted flatscreen, walk-in closet and en-suite bathroom with his n her basins, oval tub, separate shower, WC and door to the pool. The garage has been converted to a games room and has a pool table and foosball table.

Upstairs you will find a large and comfortable media room with large flatscreen TV and cable television as well as plenty of comfortable seating. There is a further master bedroom with king size bed, wall mounted flatscreen TV, walk-in closet and en-suite bathroom with twin basins, oval tub, separate shower and WC. Bedroom 3 has a queen bed, wall mounted flatscreen and closet and shares a family bathroom. Bedrooms 4 & 5 have twin beds, flatscreen TV, and a closet. There are two family bathrooms, both with bath/shower, basin and WC.

Outside there is a fully enclosed pool and jacuzzi with good sized patio deck. There is a selection of comfortable wicker furniture as well as a patio table seating 6 for those warm, balmy nights when you fancy eating outdoors. There are two sun loungers and a parasol for some added shade and the entire pool area overlooks a pretty lake with bull rushes and tall grasses.

Solterra is a resort community and has a wealth of on-site facilities including tennis courts, fitness center, swimming pool with water slide, jacuzzi, 5-a-side football pitch and various comfortable seating areas to relax. There are restaurants and shops within a 5-minute drive and the Disney parks are easily accessible via Interstate 4 and are only 20 minutes away.
