'Knee Deep', a vacation rental in Inlet Beach, FL, right off 30A, has never been on a rental program! This custom built home is incredibly spacious with beautiful GULF views!! It has an incredible open-concept floor plan. There are 3 bedrooms on the first floor, the master on the 2nd floor and another loft/bedroom on the 3rd floor.

As part of the Barbery Coast neighborhood, which is right next door to Rosemary Beach, FL, you can enjoy the community pool and deeded beach access.

The first floor contains 3 bedrooms, two full baths and a garage for beach accessories. The second floor has a spacious family room, kitchen, dining area, the master suite, 1/2 bath and a large porch offering beautiful gulf views. The third floor has a trundle bed, which can be made into a king bed, with an ensuite bath, a mini-kitchen and gorgeous gulf views from the balcony!

The tranquility of Inlet Beach, FL offers the best of both worlds. It private but still close to the hustle and bustle of the resort areas of Rosemary Beach, Alys Beach and beyond. Recent developments on Highway 98 include a Donut Hole for breakfast, 30Avenue with high end shops, and additional dining choices.

The linens are 100% Egyptian cotton. The towels are 18lb, 100% combed ring spun cotton.

Rates listed below DO NOT include housekeeping, taxes or damage insurance.

RESERVATION / BOOKING POLICY
- A 50% deposit is due at the time of booking
- Except for the booking fee, deposits are fully refundable if cancellations are given 120 days prior to the arrival date
- Balance of payment is due 60 days prior to arrival date
- We accept Visa, M/C & Discover credit cards
- Security deposits are due via credit card, 3 days prior to check-in and will be returned within 14 days from the date of departure and after verification with Paradise Beach Rentals that there are no additional charges due to damage, lost/damaged linens or excessive cleaning. Security Deposit is $500 ($1,000 during spring break).

CHECK IN is 4:00PM and CHECK OUT is by 10:00AM.

Upon check out, you have the option to add trip insurance. The coverage has a list of cancelation reasons and we can provide links to that product's coverage prior to your booking with us so you know what it covers.
