The 2nd level opens up to the main living area, and a beautiful open concept with plenty of seating for everyone to enjoy. Oversized sofas and comfortable chairs give the perfect backdrop for a family movie night or to watch the big game. Step out to a 2nd story balcony and enjoy the coastal breezes, or watch the sunset. A gas grill is provided for summer barbeques.
Your kitchen offers a full suite of appliances and all the cookware, dishes, and glasses you need for big feasts. The dining area has seating for 6 at the table and an additional 4 at the breakfast bar leaving plenty of elbow space for the family after a slow day at the beach. A full size, front loading washer and dryer are available in the large laundry room on the first floor to wash away the sea water and get ready for your next day!
Upstairs, the 3nd floor guest suite has a queen bed and full bathroom, and is the perfect retreat after a day at the beach. The upper level den gives a place for the kids to hang out, watch movies, or relax. The queen size sleeper sofa is perfect for late night sleep overs. The views keep getting better, so don't miss the third-floor terrace, with stunning views, it's the perfect place to star gaze, or watch the sun rise over the Emerald Coast.

At the rear of the home is an outdoor shower, for rinsing off after a day at the beach. Bikes & SUP boards are available to rent during your stay, arrangements can be made through Guest Services at Luxury Properties.
