After entering the villa you are welcomed to the left by a formal dining area with seating for six guests, this leads into a formal living area with two large sofas. Passing through an archway from the dining room brings you into the kitchen, complete with central island, black granite countertops and a breakfast area towards the back of the villa, for four people. The comfortable main living room is found adjoining this and is furnished with a large corner sofa and a wall-mounted flat-screen 55" TV with cable and Blu-Ray.
