Treasure Palace is located on a canal connecting to the Matanzas River / Intercoastal Waterway. This home is one of the few vacation properties that has convenient access to all your favorite water activities.

The Matanzas river is only 10 minutes away via the canal. Ocean boat access is just 3 miles south through the inlet. And there is a private walkway to Butler Beach just across A1A or you can drive 3/4 mile to the beach vehicle access.(see map in pictures) With so many choices there’s fun for boaters, fishing enthusiasts & beach lovers alike. And, when you want to just relax; grab a chair, enjoy a morning cup of coffee or an evening cocktail and watch the neighborhood boats pass by on the canal - or take a walk or ride to the beach.

The private yard is complete with a charcoil barbeque grill!

Once you enter the home you will find the dining/family room with ample table seating for 8, reading materials and computer desk and WIFI. The modern kitchen contains all the necessary tools & appliances for food preparation and dining. On the home south side there is the master bedroom, private bath, with queen size bed.

Proceed down the hallway to the 3 additional bedrooms all with queen size beds and full bath. There is also a laundry/ utility room with washing machine and dryer, ironing board and iron.

The living room is located at the front of the house and has a sofa and love seat, a flat screen TV.

Outside there is plenty of room to park on the spacious paved driveway.

Treasure Palace is conveniently located in the friendly Treasure Beach development close to routes 1 and 95. The historic St Augustine ancient city is a few miles north; Daytona is 45 minutes south and Orlando 90 minutes southwest. There are countless shopping, dining & recreational venues worthy of any major city throughout the local area.
