Villas Of Ocean Gate I - 417, Pool, Wifi, Beach, New Unit!

Villas 417 is a newer property on our rental program that we have just listed. It is beautiful!

It has 3 bedrooms and 2 baths. The property is a spacious 1,650 square feet. In addition, it has been recently renovated which you can see in the pictures with the newer kitchen style and open bedrooms/bathrooms. The rooms are very open with modern new century decorations.

Each of the rooms have been recently renovated and feature bright spacious interiors. The beds have been replaced and are a joy to rest on after a day trip to downtown Saint Augustine (Only 10 min drive from property). The linens and towels are brand new and soft to the touch. Every little detail has been thought out by the owners to make every stay a wonderful delight.

Two pools are available for use and a tennis court right outside the property's front door. The property also includes two bicycles in the garage to use during your stay.

Access to the beach is convenient. Since the larger Villas of Ocean Gate property is on the Oceanside, it is just a short walk over the private walkway to our sandy white Saint Augustine beaches. This property is incredible and is always thoroughly cleaned after each guest.

The dining table seats 8 and is ideally placed directly opposite the gourmet kitchen.

Company rental restrictions: 25 or older to book. All rental properties are non-smoking. Specific property rental restrictions other than minimum nights:

Booking Process: $250 due at time of booking. Remaining Balance paid 30 days prior to arrival. Additional Fees not included in rental rate: $45.00 Security Damage Waiver, 3.5% Process Fee, cleaning fee determined by bedroom size (2BR $100), 6% Sales Tax and 4% Local Lodge Tax. Travel insurance is available at time of booking. Protect yourself from unforeseen changes to your vacation! Cancellation Policy: Up to 48 Hours after booking to cancel at no charge. 61 and more days - $150 From Deposit. 60 days or less - All monies forfeited.
