The Reef was an iconic restaurant and lounge on Fort Myers Beach until Hurricane Charley destroyed it in 2004. A lot of memories were created over the years while the establishment was open. New memories can be experienced on the same site by visiting the Reef of Paradise home located at 2611 Estero Blvd. This stunning, four bedroom, plus den, three bath, vacation home was built in 2017 and is waiting for your arrival.



Pulling into the driveway you will notice the attention to detail in the exterior of the home. Located at the north end of the island, directly across the street from the beach, and right beside Topps Grocery store you will love the convenience this home has to offer. You can walk to everything while staying here at the Reef of Paradise.



Take the stairs from the ground level up to the second story of the home. The expansive great room is welcoming, inviting you to sit down and relax. This wonderful space is infused with natural light from the large wall of pocketing sliding glass doors and numerous windows. Luxurious leather furnishings and a large, flat screen, smart TV complete the living room. Open the wall of pocketing sliding glass doors and let the Gulf breeze flow through the house. Step out onto the second story front balcony. You are close enough to smell the salt air and feel the Gulf breeze while sitting out on this covered balcony watching the daily happenings of beach life go by outside your door. Grab a drink, sit back and relax. You have arrived in Paradise.



Adjacent to the living room is the grand kitchen. Marble counters, white custom cabinets, high end stainless steel appliances and an immense island are just a few of the highlights of this kitchen. The island will surely be the gathering point for everyone. It also doubles as an additional seating/dining area for three if desired.



The formal dining room is striking with an amazing, large, round table that seats six. The formal dining room allows for quality dining among family and friends. Countless memories and meals will be spent here over fine food and lots of stories and laughter.



On the left past the kitchen is the spacious laundry room. A large capacity washer and dryer are here for all your laundry needs, along with plenty of storage.



The first of two master suites is located on the second floor. A king size bed, in-room TV, and plenty of closet and dresser space create all the comforts of home. A full ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower completes this suite.



Also on the second level of the home are the two guest bedrooms. Both are spacious and outfitted with in-room TV's, dresser and closet space to accommodate for everyone's belongings. The first bedroom has a queen bed, while the second has two twin extra long beds. A full bathroom in the hallway accommodates for all and offers his and her sinks, along with a tub/shower combination allowing everyone their preferred choice.



Take the stairs to the third level of the home where you will find the grand master suite. Vaulted ceilings, walk in closet, in-room large, flat screen TV, ensuite full bathroom, separate seating area, and private balcony with Gulf views are just a few of the extras you'll find with your master suite.



The master bedroom has a spa like feeling and is so inviting and private that you may find it hard to pull yourself away and join the rest of your party downstairs. Decorated in shades of blue with earth tones and white accents the master bedroom will relax the most stressed of souls immediately.



A king size bed with tufted upholstered headboard and high quality mattress will cradle you to sleep. On a quiet night open the wall of pocketing sliding glass doors allowing the sounds of the waves at the shoreline to lull you to sleep. Of course before retiring for the night, you may wish to spend some quality time with that special someone in your life gazing at the stars with the moonlight glistening off the water from your private balcony. Wake in the morning to the sun shimmering off the Gulf waters across the street. Step out onto the balcony, overlooking the Gulf of Mexico and Estero Blvd., to start your day off slowly.



Flanking the master bedroom is a separate sitting room with French privacy doors. A comfortable sofa and bench allow you to sit back and watch the second TV or curl up with a good book in this bright sunny room. This area can also double as a fifth bedroom. The sofa converts to a queen size sleeper for an additional two guests if desired. This makes for a great sleeping area for those who may be traveling with younger children that you may want with you on the same level of the house, but still provides both of you with privacy.



The master bathroom is a master piece. A large floor to ceiling tiled walk in shower with a rain head shower system is waiting for your morning shower. Relax in the separate tub and soak away the stress of everyday life
