This is a comfortable home located in the quiet, upscale neighborhood of Terra Cotta Terrace. You are just one short block away from private access to the beautiful, sugar-white beaches and tranquil waters of the Emerald Coast. This attractively decorated abode is completely furnished with linens, kitchen utensils, appliances, and full size washer/dryer. It features four bedrooms, three baths, and an open floor plan with private decks.

The first floor features and open concept living/kitchen and dining with one full bath and one bedroom that leads out to the back deck. While on this deck you may sit and enjoy your family playing tennis. This kitchen has a gas stove and beautiful stainless steel appliances with granite counter tops.
The second has an enormous master bedroom with king bed and sitting area and full bath with soaker tub. The second bedroom upstairs also features a queen bed with private full bath and also access to a balcony overlooking the front.
Up the stairs to our third floor is our bunk room with 4 twin bunks.
