The second floor has three additional bedrooms with King size beds as well as themed rooms for the kids. The two children bedrooms are sure to make a splash with a Little Mermaid and surfer theme complete with two twin size beds in each room. The final themed room has two full-size beds with a beach shore theme.

With an open layout in the living room, dining area and kitchen, the family can enjoy quality time together. The breakfast bar can comfortably seat five while the dining table has seating for 10. The kitchen has all stainless steel appliances and granite counter-tops. The living room has upgraded wainscoting throughout the living area and ample seating for the whole family on the leather couches surrounding the large flat screen with BluRay DVD player. The laundry room is also located off the kitchen and living area, so you won't have to worry about dirty clothes during your family vacation.
