This spacious apartment is situated in an old restored farmhouse, located on an estate in Terni province, in southern Umbria. The estate is one of the largest in Umbria and consists of almost 3,000 acres of woodlands, vineyards, olive groves, fields and pastures.

There are three apartments in this farmhouse; two in the main building and one in the old hayloft. This attractive apartment is situated on the ground floor. The terracotta flooring and the nice furniture all add to the pleasant atmosphere. Enjoy a nice glass of wine by the fireplace in the living room on cooler days. In summer, you can sit out in front of the house and admire the splendid views or cool down in the swimming pool.

The estate borders on the Lago di Corbara reservoir and the Orvieto Classico wine region. Visit the town of Todi with its beautiful Piazza del Popolo or the city of Orivieto, where you can find one of the most beautiful Gothic cathedrals of Italy. Perugia and Assisi are easy to get to as well. And at 130 kilometres, you'll find the city that needs no introduction at all: Rome!
