This villa is a particularly lovely two storey home and the owners have furnished and decorated it to a very high standard. Featuring 6 bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms and 2 seating areas split over two floors, there is plenty of space for everyone to spread out and relax.

Downstairs there is a bright dining room with large hatchway into the kitchen, that seats 8. The kitchen has modern black units with granite tops and is fully equipped with stainless appliances including electric oven/hob, microwave, dishwasher, double sink with disposal unit, pantry and large American style fridge/freezer with water/ice dispenser. There is also bar seating for 2 people and a separate breakfast table seating 4. The family living area has two comfortable sofas, large flatscreen TV, DVD player and patio doors that lead out onto the pool area. For elderly or disabled guests there is a double bedroom with King size bed, flatscreen TV, walk in closet and en-suite bathroom with bath/shower, twin basins and WC. There is also a separate cloakroom with basin and WC. Utility room with washer and dryer. Double garage.

Upstairs there is a spacious seating area with 3 seater sofa, loveseat, plush ottoman, widescreen flat panel TV and DVD. Bedroom 2 is a double room with Queen bed, flatscreen TV, double closet and shares a ‘Jack n Jill' type bathroom with bedroom 3 which also has a queen bed, double closet and flatscreen TV. The bathroom has a bath/shower, twin basins and WC. Bedroom 4 has a Queen bed, flatscreen TV and double closet. Bedroom 5 has a Queen bed and 6 has twin beds, flatscreen TV and double closet. Family bathroom has bath/shower, single basin and WC.
