This holiday home consists of two apartments located on an estate surrounded by olive trees, in an exceptional environment between the Apennines and the Tuscan hills. Besides a pool, you'll also find two beautiful natural lakes on the estate.

Because of their location next to each other with a connecting door, this is an ideal accommodation for a party of 12 people. The apartments are located in a completely renovated wing of the 15th century estate villa. During the restoration almost exclusively use is made of ancient Tuscan materials, whereby the typical atmosphere is preserved completely. The apartments are attractively furnished and both have a fireplace. The wooden floors in the bedrooms are made of olive trees, chestnut and elm trees from the estate.

The apartments are situated in the Pomino region, famous for its wine and oil. At two kilometers lies Pomino, a small authentic village. For your daily shopping you can go Rufina, 7 kilometers away. The beautiful city of Florence with its Ponte Vecchio, Duomo, restaurants and terraces is just 30 kilometers away and is definitely worth a visit.

Environment/surroundings :
La locanda di Praticino is the restaurant of the agriturismo with excellent dishes of Tuscan cuisine. You have to reserve in advance and the restaurant is only open in the evening. It is a 5 minute walk from the apartment to the restaurant. When the nights are warm, dinner is served outdoors. You can admire the magnificent panorama. The restaurant is the meeting place of the farm: inside there is a comfortable lounge with TV and WIFI. You can also get all kinds of information and suggestions for excursions in the area.
