This nice apartment is situated in an old farmhouse, on an estate with swimming pool, located in between Pisa and Livorno.

The farmhouse is fully renovated, yet it maintains maintaining its old-fashioned charm. The ground floor includes a restaurant that serves typically Tuscan dishes. This apartment is also on the ground floor. The terracotta flooring and the wooden ceiling beams together with the simple Tuscan furniture give the apartment an authentic feel. You can enjoy the fine views across the surrounding hills both from the terrace and from the living room. The swimming pool is a great place to cool down on hot days. Remember to go for a nice walk around this extensive estate.

In Guasticce (3 km) and Collesalvetti (10 km) you can find shops. The apartment is also an excellent base from which to explore the area. You could for example visit the towns of Livorno (10 km) and Pisa (20 km). And magnificent cities like Lucca and Florence with their many interesting sights, are easy to get to as well. Fancy a day at the beach after all those cultural outings? No problem, the Tuscan coast is only a half-hour drive away from the apartment!

At a short distance you will find the Tuscan coastline that is full of beaches where you can spend a day at sea, for example Tirrenia and Marina di Pisa.
Nearby is Livorno, where you could visit the aquarium, take a stroll along the harbor and watch the sunset on the famous Mascagni Square.

Tuscany is a region rich in art and there is really an embarrassment of choice to places to visit from cities such as Pisa, Lucca, Siena, Pistoia and Florence to the small villages such as Volterra, San Gimignano, Colle Val d'Elsa and Certaldo.
