luxurious five bedrooms and five bathrooms villa with private pool with
spa has everything you’ll need for your relaxing Florida stay. This
home can accommodate 10 to 12 people with ease, and it overlooks the
Windsor Hill Lake making a picturesque backdrop of peacefulness and
tranquility.
Fully air-conditioned and furnished by an Interior Designer to the
highest of standards to ensure a really luxurious holiday. The
open-plan living room features ample seating on comfortable sofas, a
46inch Flat Screen tv with cable, Free Wireless Internet, and DVD &
stereo system. The living room opens directly to the pool deck. If you
prefer to relax outdoors in the shade there is a large covered Lanai
with thick cushioned furniture.
The fully equipped kitchen incorporates a breakfast/dining area, and
has upgraded appliances including self-cleaning range, large microwave,
fridge-freezer with ice & water dispenser on the outside of the door,
coffee-maker, blender, waste disposal unit and dishwasher. A separate
laundry area houses the automatic washing machine and tumble dryer.
Each of the 5 bedrooms, all with televisions, have ensuites and come
equipped with high quality beds, linens, and towels. On the main floor
is one Master King Bedroom and one Master Queen Bedroom, with
radio-alarms, telephones, walk in wardrobes, luxury shower cubicles,
hairdryers and twin wash basins. Also on the main floor is a Twin
Master Bedroom, but can be converted to a king bed upon request. The
two remaining bedrooms on the second floor include a Queen Master and a
Twin Master Bedroom.
The games room contains a pool table and separate play room with a 32
inch TV for the Playstation 2 with games, surround sound system, DVD
player, board games, and books. In this room you will also find golf
clubs, tennis racquets, fishing rods and park walkie talkies.
All Windsor Hill community guest have access to all the amenities the
community has to offer. The free amenities include a club house, with a
game room, billiard tables, ping pong tables, Movie Theater and a
state-of-the-art fitness center. There is also a bar area by the pool
for adults. For the children, a pool with a slide, water jets and play
grounds are provided. Amenities for the adults include a lagoon pool, a
tennis court, sand volleyball court, hot tub and spa, just to name a
few. A sundry shop is also in the club house if you need sun block, a
treat or a drink. Windsor Hills Resort is only five minutes away from

As for location, Windsor Hills is the closest resort to Disney theme
parks, about 5 minutes away. We have also accommodated guests that have
attended conferences and marathons at Disney. Many restaurants and many
shops are less than a mile away. It has uncongested road access to the
I4 freeway that can take you to either the west or east coast resorts
in the shortest time
