This four bedroom three bathroom pool home in the very popular
community of Windsor Palms has all the comforts of home. Fully equipped
for entertainment as well as a comfortable, relaxing stay. Windsor

The villa is furnished and equipped to a very high standard. The home
is fully air conditioned, and all linens and towels are provided. The
newly furnished living room has plenty of seating for the whole family
and is next to a formal dining area. The kitchen contains a dishwasher,
waste disposal, large refrigerator with freezer and ice maker,
microwave, etc. with a washing machine and tumble drier located in a
separate utility room. There is a superb breakfast bar and nook area
for informal dining, which views over the pool.
There are four bedrooms, including two master bedrooms with en-suites
perfect for two families or perhaps two generations sharing. One master
has a king sized bed, with a queen in the second master - both have
cable TV. The two remaining bedrooms have two twin beds both with cable
TV, and share a further bathroom. The open plan lounge, overlooking the
pool and deck area, has a large plasma screen cable TV, video and DVD.
The pool area is the perfect spot to soak up the rays and cool off in
the sparkling water. It has a covered lanai - perfect for those who
feel the sun is getting too much with ample loungers and chairs
provided for your relaxation. The game room includes a pool table, dart
board and basketball game, as well as a table for table games and a
couch.

Palms.
Set in peaceful countryside yet located in a premier location offering
fast and easy access to the major theme parks - Disney 5 minutes, Sea
World, Wet and Wild and Universal Studios about 15-20 minutes away. I-4
is also within easy reach giving access to the Gulf Coast and Busch
Gardens in Tampa, about an hour’s drive.
Orlando International Airport is about 25 minutes from the villa. Less
than two minutes' drive away you will also find a 24 hour supermarket,
pharmacy, liquor store, bank and plenty of choices for dining - many
restaurants offering a take away service.
