This two story split floor plan Townhouse located in the beautiful
Paradise Palms is fully furnish with modern furniture package and
decorated with contemporary art pictures throughout the house. Capable
of sleeping 10 guests in four bedrooms and entertaining the whole
family with Tv’s in every room as well as its own private screened in
pool area, as well as access to all the amenities Paradise Palms has to
offer.
On the first floor there's a fully functional kitchen with stainless
steel appliances and marble countertops. It is equipped with all the
latest small appliances, dishes, pots and pans and all the serving
pieces necessary to create a gourmet meal while on vacation. The living
room features comfortable black leather furniture and a large flat
screen TV. Also throughout the house you will find wireless Internet
access. Just beyond the living room area, you can take a step outside
to your private splash pool area. There you can relax and enjoy the
Florida Sunshine, take a dip in your own pool, drink your morning
coffee or tea or sip on a drink at night while gazing at the stars.
Also on the first floor is a king master bedroom and a shared bathroom.
On the second floor is where the other bedrooms and the laundry room
are located. There’s a master king bedroom with ensuite, a queen
bedroom, as well as a double twin bedroom and a shared bathroom. All
the bedrooms have flat screen tv’s with digital cable.
