This four bedroom, three bathroom homes is perfect to sleep 10 and is
in the beautiful Paradise Palms Resort offers you the best of both
worlds. It is set in tranquil surroundings offering you a tropical
oasis to lie back in and enjoy the relaxing full service resort
environment that caters to your every need, but is also within easy
driving distance of the very best attractions around including Walt
Disney World which is just 5 minutes away.
This lovely town home will accommodate up to 10 people very
comfortably, with its four bedrooms and additional sleeper sofa in the
living room. With close to 900 sq ft on the first floor of the townhome
there’s the master bedroom with king sized bed, full bathroom, a
spacious living room with sleeper sofa, dining area for 7, fully
equipped kitchen with breakfast bar that seats and additional 5,
designed with a gourmet cook in mind, A highchair and baby crib is
available in one of the closets in the bedroom on the first floor, and
sliding doors leading out into a private lanai and heated pool. The
pool area has plenty of seating and lounge options perfect for enjoying
an evening by the pool with a glass of wine in great company, with the
sound of crickets and the breeze in the palm leaves.
Upstairs is where the other three bedrooms are, a king bedroom with
ensuite, queen bedroom, and a bedroom with bunk bed, the bottom being a
full and the top a twin. Each bedroom has a ceiling fan, with the
exception of the room with the bunk bed, and TV’s, and pay per view in
home movies on the downstairs living room TV as well as a DVD player.
On the second floor there’s also the other bathroom as well as a
washroom for laundry with its own washer and dryer as well as ironing
equipment. All the bathrooms have cleaning supplies and blow dryers,
and there’s an extra guest bed is stored under the bed in the master
bedroom upstairs as well. The whole house has WiFi as well as digital
cable for guest who just want to relax or catch their favorite shows
while on vacation. There is, of course, Central Heat and Air
Conditioning and fire/smoke detectors and intruder alarm system.
