magnificent gated entry, you will be greeted by the stunning sights and

This luxurious town home was built in 2012 and will accommodate up to
10 people very comfortably. First floor consists of king size bedroom,
bathroom, living room, and dining area with a luxurious kitchen. Second
floor includes three bedrooms: one King Master Bedroom with Ensuite,
one double Twin Bedroom, one Double full Bedroom, and shared bathroom.
The Living room features a comfortable sofa and loveseat, coffee table,
ceiling fan, flat screen TV and WiFi Internet. The Dining area features
a beautiful dining table with seating for up to 6 people, kitchen bar
has additional 5 seats. You will find fully equipped kitchen with the
gourmet cook in mind: Electric 4 plate stove/oven, large refrigerator
with separate freezer, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, teakettle,
toaster, blender, mixer and electric can opener. It is generously
equipped with lots of dinner sets, plates, cups, utensils, glasses,
kitchen tools, pots and pans. Next to the kitchen is the sliding door
leading to the patio, a perfect gathering place in this home with the
private splash pool with southern exposure and generous pool deck.
Nothing beats an evening by the pool, a glass of wine enjoyed in
company with the sound of crickets and the breeze in the palm leaves.
The patio area includes pool and a covered Lanai. There is private
parking for 2 cars right in front of the entrance to the home.
