Purchased in December 2009 this 3000 sq ft 6 bedroom 4 bathroom
lakeside villa has been completely refurbished with new eco friendly
air conditioning, carpets, paintwork and furnishings throughout, The
Living area features a 50" Plasma HDTV with cable and an Xbox 360 with
games and a formal dining table and chairs, the second living area has
a 32" LCD HDTV, the kitchen is fully equipped with side by side water
and ice dispensing fridge, coffee maker, dishwasher and an electric
kettle.
Adjacent to the kitchen is a breakfast bar and table and chairs. There
are three Master bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms a queen bedroom and 2
twin bedrooms. All the bedrooms have been decorated to the highest
standard including LCD HDTVs and beautiful bedding, and there are ample
towels for each bathroom and towels for the pool, in the laundry room
there is a brand new washing machine and tumble dryer.
We have also converted the garage into a games room which includes a
Basketball game, Pool table and Air Hockey Table and a table tennis
table. This room has it own seperate air conditioning unit so that it
is not too cold in the winter or too hot in the summer.
