Indian Creek is one of the closest locations to Disney. Just a few
minutes away is the Formosa Gardens Shopping Village which has a large
supermarket, gift shops and a good selection of restaurants including
TGI Fridays, Outback Steak House and Red Lobster, together with Chinese
and Italian restaurants.
Nearby Rolling Oaks Common is home to a Super Target supermarket, Olive
Garden, Longhorn Steakhouse, Bahama Breeze, Panera Bread, Sweet
Tomatoes, Logan’s, Texas Roadhouse, Joes Crab Shack, Bonefish Grill,
Orlando Ale House and Applebee’s..
There is a nearby Publix Supermarket and a 24 hour Super Wal-Mart is
about a 10 minutes’ drive.
Easy access to Disneyworld, Universal, Islands of Adventure and
SeaWorld are complemented by the relative proximity to Busch Gardens (
about an hour) and Kennedy space Center, also just an hour away.
Just over an hour will get you to Cocoa Beach on the Atlantic coast and
not much more than that will get you to the white sands of the Gulf of
Mexico coast.
The Kissimmee area has a large number of lakes and is world renowned
for its largemouth bass fishing. Kissimmee is home to the upper
Kissimmee Chain of Lakes, which is comprised of East Lake Toh, West
Lake Toho, Cypress Lake, Lake Hatchineha, and the largest lake in the
chain, Lake Kissimmee. These lakes have approximately 80,000 acres of
fishable waters and contain some of the largest bass found in the
world.
Our 5 bedroom 4 bathroom villa at Indian Creek has three master suites,
two of which have direct access to the pool area.
Bedroom 1 has a king size bed and en-suite bathroom with full bath and
separate shower. There is a large walk-in closet and door leading to
the south facing pool. There is a TV in the bedroom.
Bedroom 2 is a queen master with en-suite and also has access to the
pool area. There is a TV in this room also.
Bedroom 3 is a queen located at the front of the house and has the use
of a bathroom directly next door. This room also has its own TV.
Bedroom 4 and Bedroom 5 are both twin rooms and share a bathroom which
is between the two rooms. Both have TV’s and one has a pretty girls
theme and the other has a spiderman theme.
For those who prefer to eat inside there is a formal dining table which
seats six and another table also seating six in the breakfast nook. If
you prefer to eat outside and take advantage of the gorgeous Florida
weather then there are two smaller tables for you to use.
The kitchen is fully equipped with all you could possible require so if
you decide to eat at home you have all the pots and pans etc. that you
will need. There is a fridge/freezer, microwave, stove and burners and
dishwasher plus coffee maker for you coffee drinks and for the tea
drinkers amongst you we also provide a Briish style electric kettle.
The phone is free for incoming calls plus local calls are also free. If
you need to ring long distance or International you will need to
purchase a calling card from one of the stores. There is free Wi-Fi so
just bring your devices and log in.
There is a large enclosed private SOUTH facing pool which can be heated
if required plus a spa. It has gas pool heating which is very efficient
and maintains the temperature extremely well even in the unlikely event
of a cold spell.
This lovely five bedroom bathroom home offers spacious accommodation
for up to 10 people.
The living and kitchen areas are fully tiled and the bedrooms are
carpeted. The family room has two large comfortable leather sofas plus
a love seat, a big TV and DVD player for you to enjoy.
The garage houses the games room which has both a pool table and an air
hockey table. There is a separate laundry room with both washer and
dryer and you will be pleased to know there are no additional charges
for electricity or gas apart from the heating of the pool if required.
There is both a pack n play crib and a highchair at the house for the
little ones plus a stroller in the garage.
For Golfers: Indian Creek is in Osceola County which has many courses,
the nearest to Indian Creek being Mystic Dunes which is literally two
minutes by car or just a ten minute stroll away. This 18 hole
championship course offers an unprecedented golf experience, a
dunes-style western nine similar to a British links course and an
eastern nine of low American classic wandering through wetlands and oak
forests. This course was rated 4 star and ranked number 2 in 'Orlando's
Top 5 Golf Courses'.
A ten minute drive takes you to Champions Gate International and
National 18 hole courses both designed by Greg Norman. The
International provides a British links-style experience and the
national is traditional American style. It's next to here you will also
