leading out the the pool area

The kitchen is well equipped for all you should need on your vacation/

The washer and dryer are aslo in the home in a separate utility room
where you will find spare towels and linens
Outside, the pool area has lanai screens to keep out biting bugs so the
area can be used with comfort
The pool was refurfaced in May 2016 and the pool deck repainted too.
There is a small, pretty landscaped area and the patio is west facing
so plenty of sun until later in the day. The home is also situated in a
quiet, private part of the community.
There are 2 loungers to enjoy and table and chairs with new specialized
weather cushions for comfort and durability
A double garage is also available but the driveway will accommodate 2
cars to park
