A comfortable villa situated with a unique golf front and golf back
view on Southern Dunes
The sofa's in the lounge/great room are very comfortable for you to
watch the large screen cable TV.The flooring has recently been changed
to laminate to aid cleanliness and apperance of the room. Off the
lounge there is a dining table to seat 6 people
The kitchen is full equipped and contains new stainless steel applianes
consitsting of a stove, microwave, refridgerator, dishwasher. Cooking
pots and utensils are provided. There is also an island in the kitchen
for a breakfast bar for 2
The King master bedroom with cable TV has an en-suite bathroom and
there is also a Queen bedroom and twin room
The pool area has plenty of sun loungers and chairs and is in a great
spot on Southern Dunes

This is a great location for your vacation at any time of the year
When you are not out at about you can simply relax on the pool deck.
The pool area is screened with a lenai to keep out biting bugs so you
can relax in peace. Heated pool is an optional extra recommended
between October - April.
There are plenty of places to eat out and many options of take away's
nearby and the kitchen is fully equipped when you want to eat in or
have a BBQ.
The sliding patio doors leading to the pool deck and has a pool safety
fence have alarms to ensure little one's are safe outside.
Free telephone calls to USA and Canada with free WiFI. International
cards can be purchased from local supermarkets from $10.
Southern Dunes is located approximately 40 minutes from Orlando
International Airport or approximately 60 minutes from Tampa airport
There are plenty of restaurants nearby to enjoy a meal out as well as
many Orlando attractions Disney, Universal Studios, Legoland, Sea
World, Air Boat Rides from 20 minutes drive
