The 4 bedrooms sleep 8 people overall with 1 King en-suite, 2 Queen
rooms and a room with 2 twin beds. Each bedroom is tastefully decorated
with matching pictures and bedding. All bedrooms have wall mounted flat
screen TV's and ceiling fans.
The home has two lounge areas, one with a 50' flat screen TV, leather
sofa and love seat and reclining armchair. The other lounge just inside
the front door entrance has a sofa and 2 armchairs and a lovely view of
the covered lanai/pool area. Next to this lounge is a beautiful dining
area which seats 6.
The kitchen appliances are all brand new including a large
refrigerator, stove and microwave. A toaster oven and Keurig coffee
maker are also provided for your convenience. Aside the kitchen is a
nook area to seat 4 people.
There is a separate laundry area with a clothes washer and dryer which
leads to the double garage which can be used for parking.
The private pool with sunny aspect at the rear of the home is one of
the largest in the community. There is also a spa attached to the pool
and there is the option of pool/spa heating if required.
The pool and pool deck is covered with lanai screens to keep off biting
bugs. The deck is also equipped with a pool fence for the safety of
children.
The 2nd bathroom has a door leading to the pool area and the nook and
front lounge have modern doors also leading to the pool deck.
A gas grill is also available for use
This is a perfect vacation home offering quality and comfort.
When you are not cooking at home, there are plenty of places to eat out
and many options of take away's nearby.

Just beyond our 24 hour manned gatehouse you will find lots of
restaurants, pubs, and shopping. Especially convenient and within
walking distance from our gates is the 24 hour Wal-Mart Supercenter
where you can stock up on all your food and beverage needs. Great
designer outlet shopping is a quick car ride away, as is many award
winning restaurants. For our foreign visitors there are many local Pubs
that will make you feel at home while watching the sports you love.
