Off the kitchen is a nook/breakfast area for 4 people leading to the
main lounge with large flat sceen TV
The King master bedroom with TV looks out to the pool area and has a
large en-suite with a shower and bath and walk in closet
The 2nd master Queen bedroom, also with a TV has an en-suite with
shower over a the bath.
There are 2 twin rooms with another bathroom in between
All bedrooms are tastefully decorated to match the overall decor of the
home.
There are plenty of chairs and loungers in the sunny south facing pool
area overooking the 4th hole of Southern Dunes Golf course. The patio
is equipped with a child safety fence.
Not forgetting of course, the games room in the garage with games
tables to suit everyone. The washer and dryer is also situated in the
garage for guests convenience to use during their stay.

When you are not out at about you can simply relax on the pool deck or

a lanai to keep out biting bugs so you can relax in peace. Heated pool
is an optional extra recommended between October - April.

many Orlando attractions Disney, Universal Studios, Legoland, Sea
World, Air Boat Rides from 20 minutes drive. The kitchen is also fully
