seat 4 on the ground floor. There is also a Queen bedroom on the ground
floor with a bathroom next to it with bath over shower. There is also a
separate utility room with a washer and dryer
Upstairs, there is a large King master bedroom with an en-suite with
separate bath tub and shower area and two twin rooms with another
bathroom in between them with bath over shower
The home is very cosy and and is tiled throughout other than the
bedrooms which have carpet
The pool area is south facing and overlooks the 3rd hole of the golf
course. This is a very private and quiet spot of the community

Southern Dunes is located approximately 40 minutes from Orlando
International Airport or approximately 60 minutes from Tampa airport
There are plenty of restaurants nearby to enjoy a meal out as well as
many Orlando attractions Disney, Universal Studios, Legoland, Sea
World, Air Boat Rides from 20 minutes drive
