There is a games room with pool table and air hockey table with carpet
floor in the garage. There is also a washer and dryer in the garage for
your convenience
The pool area is large with ample chairs to sit and a hammock to enjoy
the Florida sun
When you are not out at about you can simply relax on the pool deck or
in the pool watching the golfers go by. The pool area is screened with
a lenai to keep out biting bugs so you can relax in peace. Heated pool
is an optional extra recommended between October - April.
There are plenty of places to eat out and many options of take away's
nearby and the kitchen is fully equipped whn you want to eat in.
The sliding patio doors leading to the pool deck have alarms if you
want to ensure little one's don't wander out to the pool area
unsupervised.

Southern Dunes is located approximately 40 minutes from Orlando
International Airport or approximately 60 minutes from Tampa airport
There are plenty of restaurants nearby to enjoy a meal out as well as
many Orlando attractions Disney, Universal Studios, Legoland, Sea
World, Air Boat Rides from 20 minutes drive
