This Villa is built on a secure gated community & is fully air
conditioned. It has two master bedrooms one with en-suite, the queen
double bedroom opens up onto the pool, two twin rooms & cot all with
cable TV, all linen & towels are provided. The open living area has
broadband TV,wirless internet, DVD & PlayStation. There is a utility
room which has a washing machine, tumble dryer, Hoover, iron & ironing
board, the single garage is accessible from the utility room.
The home boasts an upgraded furniture package with pretty decor in each
bedroom
The kitchen is fully equipped & also has a radio/CD player, this leads
onto the snook dining area. The private pool is screened & heating is
charged at $25 per day. There are sun lounger’s & table & chairs for
outside dining. The villa is a short walk to a 24 hour Wal-Mart, a Winn
Dixie, Dollar Tree and a number of fast food outlets such as
MacDonald’s & Burger King. As well as the Golf & Country Club, there is
a children's play area, communal swimming pools, tennis courts & a
fishing lake on site.
