The oversized pool may be heated in the winter months. The pool deck is
also oversized and has plenty of room to play and soak in the sun, and

beside the pool and spa.
There is a security fence, if needed, for use when children present.
In front of the house there is additional seating where you can watch
the sun get up and the local neighbors passing by.
