The luxurious Serviced Villa greenspaces is situated amidst cardamom plantation, about 10 km away from Munnar Town. This cottage is constructed with eco friendly materials, without disturbing the natural terrain of the land. The rooms are theme designed, earthy colored with wellcrafted wooden floors and ceilings. Greenspaces has a full time caretaker who takes care of all basics and prepares excellent homemade food with heights of hospitality.
Greenspaces is neither a resort nor a hotel it is a small GuestHousePlantationStayHomestead amid cardamom plantation, about 10km away from the crowded munnar Town. It is one of the kerala state tourism department approved "SERVICEDVILLA".

You can travel in your ownrented vehicle till the entrance of greenspaces, though the roads are narrow and a bit bumpy the last 100 meters. It is better to check in to greenspaces before 4pm, chance of less visibility due to fog, especially in the narrow roads. Please do take the print out of the detailed route map provided in the or available at direction.html google driving directions shows different route , so please DONT follow .

We have four spacious rooms in which three rooms are facing cardamom plantation, and one is facing the garden. Two Rooms in the First Floor have wooden flooring, wooden ceiling, with a common deck space. Three Rooms in the Ground Floor have wooden flooring, private balcony. Air conditioning and fans are not available in our rooms. Greenspaces is located at around meters above sea level and maintain climatic conditions with temp ranging from 7c to 19c, with its unpolluted air do not seek for an artificial conditioning to the homes. Room heater can be provided on request.
Kindly carry an ID Card to provide at the time of check in. Please carry a copy of VALIDVISA and PASSPORT only for foreign nationals of each guest since we need to submit the same to nearest Police station under the Registration of Foreigners Rules, .

Remaining amount should be paid on or before the day of Arrival.
Full amount will be refunded if cancelled before 14 days of checkin date.
50 refund if cancelled within 14 days and 7 days before checkin date.
No refund if cancelled within 2 days of the checkin date.
