This five bedroom vacation villa has recently undergone renovations
including new paint throughout the interior of the villa, new tile,
garage conversion to a games room and new beds in the both the bonus
room and the queen bedroom. The bonus room is located upstairs above
the garage and does have a brand new king mattress set. The master king
bedroom on the main floor has a full ensuite with soaker tub,
stand-alone shower, and his and her sinks. The queen bedroom fitted
with brand new bed set is located just across the hall from the full
bathroom with pool area access. The other two bedrooms are both themed
double twin bed rooms and are joined by a shared full bathroom. All
bedrooms are complete with flat screen TV and DVD player. Both the
family room and living room have flat screen TVs and DVD players. The
family room off of the kitchen/dining area features a DVD player with
Netflix access for guest enjoyment as well as cable, wifi access, long
distant calling from the USA to Canada, and a library of books a board
games. The private south facing pool and lounge area is perfectly
situated for optimal tanning and just enjoying the beautiful Florida
weather. It's the perfect Home Away From Home!
Situated within Hampton Lakes this Hampton's Villa is one of the
premier homes of Hampton Lakes. Just across the street to the Highlands
Reserve championship golf course, as well as a two minute drive from
shops and restaurants, and just minutes away from the Disney World
