The house is located in Hampton Lakes development which is conveniently
located on US Highway 27 (US-27) mid-way between the western end of
US-192 and Interstate 4 (I-4) exit/junction 23, which runs from Tampa
in the west to Daytona Beach and Kennedy Space Centre in the east. It
is therefore ideally positioned for access to the Gulf of Mexico
beaches and the Atlantic coast beaches, as well as being only 15
minutes from all the fun of Disney.
The house is easily reached from three major international airports -
Orlando International, Sanford and Tampa are all within about an hour's
drive.
Hampton Lakes is an up-market vacation home development. The community
hosts a communal pool with deck furniture and rest rooms, children's
play area with child friendly soft land surround, beach style
volleyball court, and two combined tennis/basketball courts. The
nearest public, 18 hole, golf course is located about a quarter of a
mile away and there are many others in the area.
Florida boasts itself as the theme park capital of the world and
staying here allows easy traveling to the main theme parks of the
state, with the most renowned, Disney World, only 15 minutes away.
Other fantastic famous attractions include Sea World, Universal Studios
and Wet ‘n Wild, all within easy reach of Hampton Lakes.

or one of the many malls located near Hampton Lakes.
