This beautiful Florida vacation villa in Davenport at the Solana
vacation Resort is ideal for one or two families . It is has 5 bedrooms
and 4 baths, 1 master has a queen bed with a 32 inch flat screen tv,
private bathroom with shower and spa tub and double sinks. 2nd master
has a queen bed also with a 32 inch flat screen tv and private bath .
Both master bedrooms have private entrance to the pool area .
3rd bedroom has a full bed with 20 inch flat tv which is located at the
front of the house. 4th bedroom
is decorated in the Disney planes theme with 2 twin beds also has a 20
inch flat screen tv. 5th bedroom has a full bed also with a 20 inch
flat screen tv . All new stainless steel kitchen appliances and fully
equipt kitchen with everything you need to eat in. All linen and towels
are provided and a washer / dryer as well. Guests traveling with little
ones will enjoy the complimentary use of the stroller, high chair and
pack and play provided in the home.
You and your family have plenty of room to relax in this spacious home.
Walk out of the living room to a private pool and spa
area that is screened in for your convenience. We also have a rec area
with a pool table ,foosball table and a Wii system (gamed not included)
.
Only 12 miles to Disney Parks ,Champion Golf , Dining , and shopping
only a few miles away. Solana Community offers a fantastic Club House
that has scheduled family activites. There is a community pool and spa,
volleyball , pingpong and a fitness room. There is also a mini golf
course available for a small fee. Brand new to the clubhouse is a mini
market and gift shop! If you run out of milk during your stay, just a
short walk to the clubhouse and you can pick some up! The cubhouse also
now serves Breakfast and Lunch at the Tiki Bar (pricing varies.)
