This Sanctuary at West Haven home is located in a quiet, gated
community situated between I-4 and US-27 providing easy access to all
major attractions, golf, shopping and dining.
This vacation home is sure to be the perfect place for your stay. Home
offers a split floor plan with 4 bedrooms and 3 baths. As you enter the
home, you will be welcomed by a vast foyer. Directly off the foyer you
will find the first and second bedrooms which are attached to the third
bathroom, which is set between them in a unique "Jack-and-Jill" style
that is ideal for families with children! The first bedroom offers a
full size bed with 32” HDTV. The second bedroom offers 2 twin beds and
32” HDTV.
As you proceed to the rest of the home, to your left you will find the
laundry room with full size washer & dryer, a bedroom with full size
bed and 32” HDTV and a separate full bath. The master is located at the
back of the house offering a queen bed, 32” HDTV, “his & hers” walk-in
closets, private bathroom with garden tub, double sinks and stand up
shower. All of the bedrooms come complete with towels and extra linen.
The family room has a stunning view of the pool and open space at the
rear of the property. With comfortable furnishings, 40” HDTV, Blu-ray
DVD player and FREE wireless internet, this is sure to be the place to
unwind and relax. The dining room is great for family meals or
entertaining guests offering seating for six. There is additional
seating available in the dining area right off the kitchen and via
barstools at the breakfast bar making it possible for twelve people to
eat a meal together. The kitchen is fully equipped with stove,
microwave, dishwasher, large fridge/freezer small appliances, cutlery,
utensils, and dishes you need.
If you enjoy golfing, we’re only 2.7 miles from Champions Gate 18-hole
PGA Championship, Greg Norman designed golf course and 1.5miles from
Reunion with a choice of three 18-hole championship courses designed by
Arnold Palmer, Tom Watson and Jack Nicklaus. In the opposite direction
you’re within easy reach of the Highlands Reserve Golf Club on the
US-27 and many other courses are available within the vicinity,
including of course Disney.
If shopping is your thing, the Florida Mall, The Mall at Millenia and
Orlando Premium Outlets are approximately 30-minutes away. A Publix
Supermarket can be found within a mile and Wal-Mart is situated on the
US-27.
If what you are looking for is sun, sand and waves, Clearwater Beach is
1 hour 30 minutes west and Daytona Beach is 1 hour 30 minutes east.
