West Haven

This beautiful two-storey pool home is situated on a large corner lot
in the gated resort of West Haven, The Sanctuary. It has 4 bedrooms,
3.5 bathrooms and a large games room.
The west-facing pool deck is very private and is the perfect spot for
soaking up the Florida sunshine after a long day at the theme parks.
Enjoy relaxing in the heatable swimming pool (heating an optional
extra). It has a covered lanai with comfortable seating for 8 and 2 sun
loungers by the pool. There's also a pool safety net for those with
young children.
Sliding doors lead to the pool from the recently renovated living room
with a 55" SMART TV, wooden floor and an open floor plan through to the
well-equipped kitchen. The laundry room is conveniently equipped with a
washer & dryer, iron and ironing board.
There is a second bright and airy lounge area at the front of the
property with additional comfortable seating. This leads to a formal
dining area that seats 6, plus there is a breakfast nook with further
seating for 6.
The home features a large master bedroom with a private balcony,
perfect for watching the sunset. It has a king bed and an en suite
bathroom with tub, shower cubicle, 2 sinks and 2 walk-in closets and a
toilet.
The second bedroom has a queen bed. There are also two twin bedrooms.
All bedrooms have flat screen LED TV’s and ceiling fans.
The garage has been converted into a luxury games room complete with a
pool table, foosball and a 47" flat screen, wall-mounted TV.
FOR STAYS LESS THAN 6 NIGHTS THERE IS A CLEANING FEE. CLEANING IS
INCLUDED FOR STAYS OF 6 NIGHTS AND MORE.
