This Esprit golf community home is located in Four Corners on the US
Highway 27 and 192, a fantastic and convenient location that’s just
minutes from Disney and all the attractions that Orlando has to offer.
Spend your vacation in this elegantly remodelled 2130 sq.ft home that
features 2 seating areas in the family room, 4 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms,
a private, heatable pool with a lanai and direct views over the golf
course.
The spacious family room features two comfortable lounge areas with
stylish furnishings, a 48” SMART LED TV and Blu-Ray player.
The property has a spacious fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher,
fridge freezer, microwave etc. There is a breakfast nook with table and
chairs overlooking the pool and golf course, as well as a formal dining
area. The laundry room has a washer/dryer plus ironing equipment.
The large master suite is located on the ground floor and has direct
access out to the pool and sunbathing deck. The en-suite master bath
has double vanity sinks, a large shower and a tub.
On the upper floor you will find a queen bedroom and two twin bedrooms,
all equipped with 32” flat screen LED televisions There is also a
bathroom with shower and a separate W.C.
The pool area has a lovely view over the Polo Park Golf Course. Enjoy
outdoor dining and soaking up the sun by the pool with seating for
eight plus four sun loungers. There is a shaded area for dining when
you need a break from the Florida sun. The pool may be heated in the
winter months.
This home will accommodate up to 8 guests plus a baby. A fold-out crib
and a high chair are included.
The property has air conditioning throughout, free WiFi and
complimentary use of the house phone for calls within the US.
This home is only 10-15 minutes away from all the major attractions
including Disney. Publix supermarket, restaurants, gas stations, ATM
and 24/7 WalMart are all just moments away.
Orlando International Airport is 30 minutes away.
