This 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom home has an abundance of space and allows

To the right of the family room there are two twin bedrooms. These have
two single beds in each and have a bathroom between them which has a
shower over the bath, toilet and sink. At the end of the home there is
a queen bedroom with a bathroom opposite. This bathroom has a large
walk in shower, toilet, sink and access to the pool deck.
The pool is the focal point of this home. It is south west facing so
has the sun for most of the day. It is larger than most Florida villa
pools so is perfect for both swimming and playing in. At the far end
there is a spa which can seat 6 people. The large lanai has tables,
chairs and loungers for you to stretch out and soak up the sun.
