Mediterranean-style holiday resort with two large communal pools, a
clubhouse, a gym, games room and attractive outdoor seating areas. The
resort is also walking distance to restaurants, bars and amenities.
This elegant and spacious ground floor condo has 4 bedrooms, 3
bathrooms and can accommodate 8 persons plus a baby. Attractively
decorated throughout, this property also has a west-facing patio with
outdoor furniture.
The living room has a large flat screen SMART TV, a DVD player, BluRay
player, a large corner sofa and access out to the shaded west-facing
patio area with outdoor seating. This home also has a Playstation 4 and
a Nintendo Wii with games.
The attractive kitchen has granite counters and is fully equipped with
everything you need – dishwasher, oven/hob, microwave, fridge freezer,
coffee maker, kettle and toaster etc. There is a breakfast area with
two stools. Next to the open-plan kitchen is the formal dining area.
All 4 bedrooms have TVs and DVD players. The spacious master suite
features a king bed with a 37” TV, DVD player, direct access to the
patio and a stylish en-suite bathroom with an oval-shaped bath, a
separate shower, twin sinks, granite tops and a toilet.
The second bedroom has a queen size bed, 32” TV, DVD player and an
en-suite bathroom.
Bedrooms 3 and 4 have twin beds in each room and are attractively
decorated. These bedrooms share a family bathroom.
There is a washer, dryer and ironing equipment.
This property has air conditioning, ceiling fans, Wifi, free local
calls, a pack and play and a high chair.
There is plenty of free parking outside the condo.

INCLUDED FOR STAYS OF 6 NIGHTS AND MORE.
