Bella Piazza is a luxury Mediterranean-style holiday resort with two
large communal pools, a clubhouse, a gym, games room and attractive
outdoor seating areas. The resort is also walking distance to
restaurants, bars and a Publix supermarket.
This attractive condo is located on the top floor (the building has an
elevator) and has 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen,
dining area and a balcony with views across lawns and a pond.
The open-plan living space includes a spacious lounge and a formal
dining area. The lounge has two leather sofas, a large flat screen TV
with DVD player and access out to the balcony with seating and views
across lawns and a pond. The formal dining area seats six people.
The attractive kitchen has granite counters and is fully equipped with
everything you need to dine at home – dishwasher, oven/hob, microwave,
fridge freezer, coffee maker, kettle and toaster etc. There is also a
breakfast area with stools.
The master suite has a king-size bed, a flat screen TV, direct access
out to the balcony and a luxurious en suite bathroom with a bath, a
separate shower, twin sinks and granite tops.
The second bedroom has twin beds and an en suite bathroom with a
bath/shower. The third bedroom is also a twin room and has a family
bathroom right next door with bath/shower.
This property is equipped with a washer, dryer, iron and ironing board.
This property has air conditioning, ceiling fans, free Wifi, free local
calls, a travel cot (pack and play) and a high chair.
This beautiful resort has two main pools and a children's pool
surrounded with sun loungers. This resort also offers a fitness center,
games room, internet cafe and a clubhouse with an attractive covered
outdoor seating area. You are free to use the grills that are located
around the grounds of the resort. There is also plenty of free parking
outside the condo.
FOR STAYS LESS THAN 6 NIGHTS THERE IS A CLEANING FEE. CLEANING IS
INCLUDED FOR STAYS OF 6 NIGHTS AND MORE.
