This single storey 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom pool home has beautiful water
and conservation views from your pool and terrace. This property also
has a play room, a games room, a spa in the pool and is situated in a
great location on the Sandy Ridge community close to Disney. It
accommodates 8 people plus a baby.
The living room has sofas, a flat screen TV and sliding doors out to
the pool deck. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher,
oven/hob, fridge freezer, coffee maker, kettle, toaster etc. There is a
dining area next to the kitchen plus a breakfast bar.
The house has two master bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms. The first
has a king size bed and a view over the pool. The second has a queen
size bed. Bedrooms 3 and 4 are twins and there is a third family
bathroom. All of the bedrooms (apart from bedroom 4) have a flat screen
TV.
There is plenty of entertainment for the kids with a play room kitted
out with a TV, Play Station 2 and a DVD player. The garage has also
been converted into a games room with a pool table, air hockey and
more.
The pool area has a fantastic outlook across a small lake and a wooded
conservation area. This property has a lovely shaped pool with a
spa/Jacuzzi that can be heated separately to the pool. It’s the perfect
way to unwind after an action-packed day at the parks! The pool deck
has sun loungers and a table and chairs set.
There is a laundry area with a washer, dryer and ironing facilities.
The property has air conditioning throughout, free Wifi and local phone
calls. There is also a baby cot/crib, high chair and a stroller for
families with babies.

INCLUDED FOR STAYS OF 6 NIGHTS AND MORE.
