Regal Palms 3

This upgraded luxurious townhome is located on the Regal Palms vacation
resort close to Disney. It has 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a terrace and a
balcony. There is also an extra pull-out bed so the property can
comfortably accommodate up to 7 people plus a baby.
The lounge area is spacious and attractively furnished. It has laminate
flooring, two leather sofas, an arm chair, a 52” SMART flat screen TV
and a CD player. Sliding doors lead out to a terrace with seating and
an open grass area.
There is a formal dining area with seating for six. The fully fitted
kitchen has everything you need including an oven/hob, microwave,
coffee maker, kettle, toaster etc.
Also on the first floor is a bedroom with a double/full bed and a 32"
SMART TV. There is also a bathroom with a shower and tub.
Upstairs you will find two further bedrooms. The master bedroom has a
king bed, a 45" flat screen TV, a walk-in closet and an en suite
bathroom with shower and tub.
Bedroom 3 has twin beds and a small private balcony with chairs and a
table. This room also has an en suite bathroom with tub and shower.
There is also a washer, dryer and ironing facilities.
The property has full air conditioning, ceiling fans, Wifi, free local
calls, a pack and play and high chair. In front of the property is a
private double driveway.
FOR STAYS LESS THAN 6 NIGHTS THERE IS A CLEANING FEE. CLEANING IS
INCLUDED FOR STAYS OF 6 NIGHTS AND MORE.
