Legacy Park

This beautiful 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom home has a private south-facing
pool and is located on the upscale community of Legacy Park, minutes
away from all the major attractions. This is the perfect home for
families as it will comfortably accommodate up to 10 people.
The family room is spacious and attractively decorated in neutral tones
with comfortable sofas, a large flat screen TV and sliding doors out to
the pool area. There is a formal dining area plus a second breakfast
nook for casual dining with views over the pool.
The large kitchen has a breakfast bar and is fully fitted with all the
amenities from home including a dishwasher, microwave, fridge freezer,
coffee maker etc.
All of the bedrooms have flat screen TVs. The attractive master suite
has a king-sized bed, an en-suite bathroom and a huge walk-in closet.
Sliding doors also give you direct access out to the pool deck.
The second suite has a queen size bed and an en suite bathroom. The
third bedroom has twin beds and the fourth has a full bed and one twin
bed. There is an additional family bathroom.
The large south-facing pool is the perfect sunny spot for a day of
complete relaxation! The pool deck has a table and chairs area for
outside dining, a sofa and chairs set for relaxing and sun loungers for
soaking up those rays. There is also a shaded area with an overhead
fan. A security fence is provided for families with children. The pool
may be heated during the winter months.
The property is fully air-conditioned and offers free WiFi and local
phone calls. There is a laundry room with a washer/dryer plus ironing
equipment.
The property includes a high chair and a fold-out crib.

FOR STAYS LESS THAN 6 NIGHTS THERE IS A CLEANING FEE. CLEANING IS
INCLUDED FOR STAYS OF 6 NIGHTS AND MORE.
