This beautiful end-of-row townhome features a private south-facing
splash pool, 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and a luxury finish throughout. It
will accommodate up to 8 people plus a baby. The Serenity resort is in
a great location for visiting Disney, plus you have resort-style living
with a communal pool, gym, children’s play park, table tennis and a
clubhouse to make your stay truly memorable.
This luxurious two-storey home has a spacious open-plan living area
that has been beautifully decorated in a contemporary style with a sofa
(sofa bed), a 50” flat screen TV, DVD player and sliding doors out to
the pool terrace. The dining area seats 6 and is conveniently located
next to the kitchen.
The beautiful modern kitchen has granite counter tops, stainless steel
appliances and a breakfast area with bar stools. It is fully equipped
with a dishwasher, oven/hob, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster
etc.
All of the bedrooms have flat screen TVs. On the ground level you will
find bedroom 1, a stylish queen room with an en suite bathroom with a
large shower, sink and toilet.
On the upper floor you will find the spacious master suite with a king
bed, walk-in wardrobe, a flat screen TV and sliding doors out to a
lovely private balcony. The en suite bathroom is spacious with twin
sinks, a large shower and toilet.
The third bedroom has twin beds, a flat screen TV and a walk-in
wardrobe. The en suite bathroom has a tub/shower, sink and toilet.
After a long day at the parks, head home to your own private splash
pool! The south-facing pool deck has a table and chairs set for outside
dining and 2 loungers. The pool also has a seating bench. The pool can
be heated (optional extra). A pool security fence is provided for
families with small children.
There is a laundry cupboard with a washer, dryer plus ironing
equipment. The home is fully air conditioned, has Wifi and free local
calls. There is also complimentary use of a high chair and a pack and
play. There is also a private parking space in front of the property.
Serenity is a peaceful resort, beautifully landscaped with luscious
greenery and ponds around the community that create a tranquil and
relaxing environment.
The attractive clubhouse features a children’s play park, gym, games
room with table tennis and a resort-style pool with spa and sun bathing
area. The complimentary use of these additional facilities is just what
