This very neat holiday home with its fine patio and spacious grassy garden once served as living quarters for farm labourers of the Saint Nicolas abbey. They would no longer recognize the house, as it has been completely renovated. And there is now a jeu de boules pitch and a great barbecue. The house is located just outside the village of Jumel. The Nojé valley is waiting for you to explore. You can find a tennis court, minigolf course, supermarket, bakery and restaurant in Ailly-sur-Noyé (5km).

The voyage of discovery through this region begins next to your house with the GR124 hiking and bike trail running by. There are two castles to admire in the vicinity: Château de Chaussoy (5 km) and Château Folleville (14 km). Amiens (15 km) should not be missed with its magnificent Gothic cathederal. Unmissable: allow Jules Verne to transport you to his extraordinary world of the future with a visit to his former home. Experience the atmosphere of the Saint Leu quarter and the ambiance of the canal-side cafés. In short, there is plenty to take in.

A boat trip along the vegetable gardens of Les Hortillonnages is a must. A punt takes you through a labyrinth of narrow waterways. You can hire a paddle boat at the recreational lake of Berny-sur-Noyé (4 km). There is a swimming pool in Moreuil (15 km).
