This spacious apartment is located in an old farmhouse on an estate located on the border between Umbria and The Marches. The town of Assisi is just 14 kilometers away.

There are five apartments in the farmhouse. You enter this apartment from the spacious terrace at the side of the building. The apartment is both stylishly and warmly decorated. The authentic materials reused during the restoration give the apartment a distinctly Umbrian character. One of the bathrooms is suited for persons with disabilities. One of the bedrooms gives you access to the terrace, where you can sit outside until late at night during the Summer. On warm days you'll of course cool off in the swimming pool.

There are shops and a restaurant in Valfabricca ( 5km). The apartment is a perfect home base for trips in the surrounding area. From the estate, follow the marked hiking trails or get on a mountainbike to explore the surroundings. You cannot skip a visit to Assisi, with its' famous basilica. Also Perugia, a university town with an international allure and lots of sights is well worth a visit. Gubbio, with the Palazzo dei Consoli, a tangle of alleys and houses with terra-cotta roof tiles is also worth visiting.
