Pulling into the Carlysle you will appreciate your private under building parking close to the elevator. Take the elevator or the stairs to the third floor. The entrance into the condo is spacious allowing you plenty of room to get everything inside.



To the left and to the right of the front door you will find the two guest bedrooms. The first has a full size bed and plenty of closet space for your guest's belongings. The second guest bedroom has a queen size bed and in-room TV. Both share a full bathroom in the adjoining hallway. A full size washer and dryer can also be found in the hallway for all your laundry needs.



Heading down the hallway you'll be greeted by the large open concept living areas, dining room and kitchen. The beautiful kitchen has rich wood cabinets, granite counters and stainless steel appliances. To the left of the kitchen is the TV room. Comfortable furnishings and a large flat screen TV will have you relaxing in no time.



The living room and dining room are just off the kitchen. The formal dining area seats six in both comfort and style with additional seating for three at the breakfast bar. The living room is a wonderful area for curling up with a good book or connecting to the wireless internet. Open the wall of sliding glass doors letting our Florida sun-kissed breeze flow through the condo. The lanai is a great place for enjoying a meal at the dining table, or for just relaxing and people watching.



To the left of the living room is the master suite. A queen bed with your own in-room TV and walk-in closet will have you feeling at home right away. There is even your own private entrance to the screened in lanai allowing for some late night star gazing with that special someone. A full ensuite bathroom is connected to the master bedroom. His and her sinks and a large walk-in shower complete this area.



The Carlysle complex has a full size in-ground heated swimming pool, along with pool side bathrooms for your use. Adjacent to the pool is also a grilling area, complete with a gas grill and picnic seating. A paved path provides for a scenic walk or jog.



Staying at the Carlysle is all about the location. A short drive will have you at Vanderbilt Beach or Barefoot Beach enjoying the warm Gulf waters and white sugar sand beaches. Fort Myers Beach is just a 20 minute drive away as well. Head down to Naples for shopping on Fifth Avenue or just relax poolside and soak up the Florida sunshine. Shopping and dining are just outside your door. You can walk to so much from the Carlysle. Grocery shopping is easy with the new Publix only a 5 minute drive from the condo.
